U.S. Marine · 7× International Bestselling Author · Founder, iNETrepreneur Network

Give your audience more than a great hour. Give them the Art of Connection.

Most keynotes fade before the parking lot. Robert W. Jones — U.S. Marine, 7× international bestselling author, TEDx panelist, and founder of the largest independently owned entrepreneurial network in the country — sends people home with something they keep using: five pillars of connection, the Ultrapreneur model, and a room full of people who actually know each other.

The Story

From a kid with a speech impediment to the man people call to connect a room.

Image pending — Robert on stage / candid speaking shot
Marine Corps · 6 years Two missions of service → corporate operator → founder of the iNETrepreneur Network.

Robert W. Jones grew up shy — and not "a little quiet" shy. A clinical speech impediment made talking in front of people the last thing he would ever choose to do. Then he joined the United States Marine Corps.

Six years in the Corps gave him the discipline. Two missions of service after it gave him the why. A run through the technology side of real estate, financial services, and nutraceuticals — on the launch team at Realtor.com, a two-time National Sales Award winner at Chanel, marketing-director roles at growing companies — gave him the operator's eye.

Then, in 2009, he started a small networking group in Queen Creek, Arizona, on one stubborn idea: relationships create community, and commerce follows. Fifteen years later that group is the iNETrepreneur Network — chapters across Arizona and California, a publishing house, a magazine, an academy, a radio show, and an annual global summit. The kid who couldn't get a sentence out now hosts the room.

The Mechanism

Most experts pick one lane. The Ultrapreneur runs three — and the credibility compounds.

It's the model Robert teaches and lives. Stack speaking, authorship, and teaching on top of each other and each one makes the other two worth more. It's also why a talk from Robert isn't a pep rally — it's a working model your audience can put to use.

  1. 01

    Speak

The stage, live and virtual. Keynotes, panels, summits, workshops — the place where a reputation gets built in real time.

  2. 02

    Author

Books, magazines, articles. Robert has published seven international bestsellers and put 500+ first-time authors into print — proof that lives on a shelf, not just in a memory.

  3. 03

    Teach

Academy classes, seminars, masterminds. Turning what you know into a curriculum is what turns "expert" into "authority."

The Signature Talk

What your audience actually walks out with: the 5 Pillars of Connecting.

This is the spine of Robert's most-requested keynote — and it isn't abstract. Each pillar is a move your people can make the next morning.

  1. 01

    Self-Awareness

You can't connect from behind a mask. It starts with knowing exactly who's showing up.

  2. 02

    Self-Acceptance

Confidence isn't volume. It's making peace with the person doing the connecting.

  3. 03

    Internal Passion

People follow energy that's real. Find the thing you'd do for free — that's the signal.

  4. 04

    Service to Others

The fastest way to be remembered is to be useful first. Give before you ask.

  5. 05

    Love of Utilizing Your Gifts

The point isn't to network. It's to put what you're good at where it does the most good.

Speaking

Three talks. One promise: nobody leaves the room the way they came in.

Keynote, virtual keynote, panel or fireside, summit host and MC, or a half-day workshop — Robert builds the session around your audience, not a slide deck he reuses.

  1. 01

The Art of Connection 365: The 5 Pillars Movement

Robert's flagship keynote — the five-pillar framework, the stories behind it, and the global movement of 500+ authors it built. People leave with a model, not a memory.

For: associations · chambers of commerce · entrepreneurial communities · conferences

  2. 02

The Art of YOUR Connection: The 3 Buckets

A roll-up-your-sleeves session on where your relationships actually live — and how to stop letting the important ones go cold. Practical, immediate, no fluff.

For: corporate teams · sales organizations · membership groups

  3. 03

Building a Lasting Relationship with Joy and Happiness

The personal side of connection — partnership, family, the relationships that outlast any deal. Co-presented with Shawn Renee Jones when the room calls for it.

For: leadership retreats · faith communities · couples and family events

On the Record

The people who've shared a stage — and a green room — with Robert.

"He builds the room, then gives it away."

Robert's whole genius is that he'd rather connect two other people than be the center of anything. That's rare. That's why the network has lasted fifteen years.
Lori OsborneFounder, Biz Bolster · "The Authority Amplifier"

"A keynote your audience can actually use."

I've watched Robert work a stage and work a hallway. The five pillars aren't a slide — people leave doing them. That's the difference.
Dawna CampbellPresident, The Healing Heart, Inc.

"He made 'first-time author' real for hundreds of people."

Getting 500-plus people into print and into the Library of Congress isn't luck. It's a publisher who actually shows up. Robert shows up.
Ken Rochon Jr., PhDAuthor, "Becoming the Perfect Networker"

"Fifteen years in, still the best room in Phoenix."

I joined for the referrals. I stayed because of who Robert puts in the room. My business is built on people I met at his table.
Domenick MontanileOwner, Venezia's Pizzeria
